Belgium scoring in the 'war on terror'

The Belgian security has greatly improved since the Dutroux scandal, a child molester who was able to rape, torture and kill children for so many years and even escape police custody. Now they can conduct high profile operations against terrorrists aiding insurgents in Irak.
