this morning I heard John Lennon's "Happy Christmas" with the beautiful refrain "War Is Over If You Want It".
I think Hamas should officially declare "Peace". They should announce a ceasefire and release Gilad Shalit. If they made a big peace campaign, then Israel would at the least be forced/shamed into providing massive aid. The world would give Hamas a Nobel Peace prize.
Sadly, I don't think Iran would let this happen.
