The Fort Hood Tragedy: A convert to Islam was a close friend of the shooter

First: A touching testimony from a soldier about the psychological effects of war.
While the authorities say they cannot yet tell us why an Army psychiatrist would go on a shooting rampage at Fort Hood in Texas, we do know the sorts of stories he had been dealing with as he tried to help those returning from Iraq and Afghanistan readjust to life outside the war zone. A soldier’s mind can be just as dangerous to himself, and to those around him, as wars fought on traditional battlefields.

However, the disinformation machine has started. Nothing can excuse the actions of this miserable man but we will be unable to learn from this multifaceted tragedy because the disinformation machine will get us away from the truth. Including this piece of hypocrisy from this unkown convert who was too close to this miserable man, so close that he saw it coming and he didn't do anything...
Islam's Achille's heel is its proselytism. Keep the door open to converts exploiting psychologically vulnerable people and you can be sure of more tragedies to come...

I'm not sure whether he saw it coming. I think I would have seen it coming, but I am a mental health professional. Most lay people don't see anything coming. I am continually amazed by people who can't see what is going on right in front of them or won't admit it.

so you blame this on converts, not on Islamic leadership that has turned temples into political halls, railing against the Satanic U.S.A.

Islam seeks converts around the world, so how can you now say "keep out the converts"?

It shows you cannot let Muslims accept any responsibility for their hate speech.
