Replace in this story the Chechens by Palestinians and the Russian army by the IDF.
It is impossible to read such a story line in the western media and such justification from Human rights groups when it comes to the Israeli Palestinian conflict.

First of all, the human rights organizations aren't justifying the terrorist attacks. They may support the Chechen struggle against the Russians, but nowhere in the article you linked to did they say that the ends justify the means.
Second of all, the media regularly reports about innocent Palestinians killed by Israeli soldiers, especially during big operations like Cast Lead. Like in the Chechen case, the media regularly voices support for Palestinian independence but not for Palestinian terror.
