They held a conference in Nazareth in support of Syria and its president and they sent a letter to the UN protesting at what they see as the unfair treatment of Syria.
MK Bishara said in his address at the conference that the American administration desires to "erase Arab nationalism" in order to make the Arab world "divided on ethnic and religious issues."
Alexander Yakobson who reports on this for Haaretz does not like the position of arab MKs and he seems very clumsy in arguing against it. However, everybody in the arab world knows that israeli arab MKs are only speaking the plain truth !
