Fall foliage with the dog en camouflage

Paris, canal Saint Martin, septembre 2006.

Montréal, Neighbourhood palette, octobre 2006.

Montréal, Ginko Biloba, octobre 2006. These trees are a marvel to watch in the fall season, their tiny leaves litteraly steal the sunlight. In French, the tree is called 'l'arbre aux quarante écus'.

Montréal, the family dog 'en camouflage', octobre 2006.

Mark,
She is in camouflage. I however miss the geese migration season at Cap Tourmente near Quebec city. We were not able to go this year. There is a natural reserve on the Saint Lawrence where geese stop by the hundred thousand on their way to the south leaving the canadian winter. We have beautiful pictures of them but this was before we had the numerical camera. I should scan some and put them on the blog, but first I should find them...
Fall is my preferred season in Canada.

I love your pics too, Sophia. They really give the feel/sense of autumn/fall. Since I got my first digital camera I love that too. So cheap to use & enjoy after the initial purchase outlay; a genuine investment.

And isn't it wonderful the way one can crop, etc to one's own taste and not have to rely on (so often lousy) developing & printing by others.

Richard,
You already treated us to beautiful pics from Turkey. I am only returning the favor...

Victor,
That's a nice Ode.
