Illegal evictions of Palestinian families from East Jerusalem

(AP Photo/Sebastian Scheiner)
The eviction is illegal because it was decided by an court order from the occupying entity, Israel, and not by an international court, despite wide international international condemnation of such a practice by Israel. This is a land acquired by war and agressions...Israel does not abide by international law.

All Palestine was acquired by terrorism, war of agressions, and occupation, and Israel does not have the intention to stop this practice.

Nasser Ghawi, one of the evicted Palestinians, said his family had been living in the house for 53 years before the Israeli forces came and broke down the doors. Maher Hanoun, the head of the other evicted family, was out on the street along with Mr. Ghawi.

“I do not need a tent or rice,” Mr. Hanoun said. “What I need is to return to my house where I and my children were born.”

A total of 38 members of the Ghawi family were removed from six apartments that made up one of the houses. The Hanoun family numbers 17.

The Palestinian Archipelago And The Death Of The Two State Solution

This map shows what is left of oriental Palestine. For those who are not familiar with the matter, the map uses irony by naming 'islands' the different occupied Palestinian villages and cities, cut from each other by settlements, walls, settler only roads and military barrages. The question is how much those who still defend the two state solution are out of touch with the reality of the land and the people in Palestine today. And does their peace rethoric about Israel-Palestine and the two state solution have any relation to reality ?
Look at the map, click to zoom in, and judge by yourself.
The map is published by Le Monde Diplomatique here.

The map is also published here with a word from its author Julien Bousac.
“Maybe posting the full map would help to take it for what it is, i.e. an illustration of the West Bank’s ongoing fragmentation based on the (originally temporary) A/B/C zoning which came out of the Oslo process, still valid until now. To make things clear, areas ‘under water’ strictly reflect C zones, plus the East Jerusalem area, i.e. areas that have officially remained under full Israeli control and occupation following the Agreements. These include all Israeli settlements and outposts as well as Palestinian populated areas.”

Willful and deliberate ignorance is crime: Israel, illegal settlements, house demolitions, and the EU

A confidential EU report accuses the Israeli government of using settlement expansion, house demolitions, discriminatory housing policies and the West Bank barrier as a way of "actively pursuing the illegal annexation" of East Jerusalem.

Also, in The same issue of The Guardian: 'You don't have a house any more'

Watch here Rory McCarthy's reportage on house demolitions in east Jerusalem.

But the EU is not acting according to its confidential reports. On the contrary, it is awarding Israel with a special and privileged relationship. I don't know how you call a state or an official in their official duty, or a person, who knew that Jews were sent in extermination camps and choose to ignore it and not act on it ? But it seems that the western moral background to the Nuremberg trial doesn't exist anymore or otherwise some people are humans and others aren't, and that's why we are having double standards when it comes to the case of the Jews in WWII and the Palestinians of today, or even by today's international moral standards when it comes to Palestinian refugees and Sudanese refugees, accusing the Sudanese leader of War crimes and honoring Israel's leaders. The assumption behind this is that Palestinians aren't humans who deserve to be at the receiving end of our high moral standards.
